Exempts removal of logs and dead trees and branches from shoreland from permit requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 103F.211.

Exempts removal of logs and dead trees and branches from shoreland from permit requirements under section 103F.321 when they present safety hazards.

Adds exception to public waters work permit requirements for removal of debris including logs at or near water surface, dead trees and branches, and trash that does not alter the original alignment, slope, or cross section of the waters.
