Appropriates $500,000 from bond proceeds to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Todd County.

Grant funds support acquisition of land or existing building and design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a multipurpose senior citizens center providing nutrition, healthy living, and community engagement services.

State appropriation requires Todd County to commit at least $500,000 in matching funds from nonstate sources before receiving state money.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to issue up to $500,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
