Modifies service requirements for election error petitions to require serving copies on all candidates for state, federal, county, municipal, or school district office, in addition to the officer or board charged with the error.

Changes Minnesota Statutes section 484.70, subdivision 6 to clarify it does not apply to the housing calendar program, effective August 1, 2012.

Requires sex offender registration forms to be completed by the assigned corrections agent before being signed by the person required to register.

Adds new notification requirement for structured settlement payment transfer applications to disclose prior transfer applications by the transferee, including dates, outcomes, payment amounts, discounted present values, and gross payable amounts.
