Creates a pilot program providing employment support services and independent living services for individuals with high-functioning autism, Asperger syndrome, nonverbal learning disorders, and pervasive development disorder.

Requires participants to develop an employment support plan including employment goals, ongoing support services, and competitive employment outcomes in the community.

Defines "ongoing employment support services" to include job skills training, workplace advocacy, disability awareness training, independent living skills instruction, job placement assistance, and follow-up support services.

Appropriates $60,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2013 to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to Olmsted County to provide services to eligible residents.

Grant funds also support employer education and outreach to encourage hiring and promotion of workers with these conditions; appropriation is one-time and available until expended.
