Amends Minnesota Statutes section 126C.40 to allow school districts to levy for leasing administrative space under certain conditions.

Administrative space lease costs must not exceed the lease costs for instructional space that the district would otherwise lease.

District must pass a resolution stating its intent to lease instructional space if the commissioner denies authority to lease administrative space.

Resolution must certify that administrative space lease costs do not exceed proposed instructional space lease costs.
