Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.81, subdivision 3 to expand the types of cargo that vehicle combinations may transport on divided highways.

Adds "property, or equipment" to the list of commodities that vehicle combinations regularly engaged in transportation may carry on divided highways with four or more lanes.

Vehicle combinations transporting property or equipment must operate only on designated divided highways and routes providing access to terminals, loading facilities, and rest areas.

Effective the day following final enactment.
