Allows exclusive liquor stores (off-sale licensees) to conduct wine, malt liquor, or spirits tastings on premises of on-sale liquor license holders or wine license holders.

Prohibits sale of tasting products for off-premises consumption; participants may complete preference forms to assist with future off-sale purchases.

Permits exclusive liquor stores to purchase tasting products from licensed wholesalers, who may also provide personnel to assist with tastings.

Requires tasting fees collected from participants to be used only to defray the cost of conducting the tasting.

Allows exclusive liquor stores to conduct paid educational classes with tastings, limited to amounts authorized under Minnesota Statutes section 340A.4041.
