Commissioner of Natural Resources must enter into grazing agreements with livestock owners for at least 5,000 additional acres of state-administered land each year.

Commissioner must submit annual reports by January 15th beginning in 2013 detailing total grazing agreements, land locations, acres under agreement, and new acres added in the prior fiscal year.

Recipients of outdoor heritage fund money acquiring more than 20 acres of pasture land must maintain existing fencing and install new perimeter fencing to contain livestock.

Fund recipients must enter into grazing agreements with area livestock owners to ensure sufficient grazing for wildlife habitat enhancement and invasive species control.

If acquired pasture is unsuitable for grazing, recipients must identify alternative pasture land at a 3-to-1 acre ratio and enter into grazing agreements with livestock owners.
