Amends Minnesota Statutes section 332.33, subdivision 3, relating to collection agency licensing and fees under the commerce regulations.

Establishes that initial collection agency licenses issued between January 1 and June 30 of any calendar year do not expire until June 30 of the following calendar year (rather than June 30 of the current year).

Maintains collection agency license fees at $500 for initial issuance and $400 for renewal, with collector registration fees at $10.

Requires collection agency licensees operating in multiple locations to obtain a separate license for each business location.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
