Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.87, subdivision 6 to include vehicles transporting sewage in weight restriction exemptions previously limited to recycling and garbage vehicles

Allows vehicles not exceeding 14,000 pounds per single axle designed and used exclusively for sewage collection to operate without regard to weight restrictions imposed under subdivisions 1 and 2

Violations of weight restrictions by sewage collection vehicles are subject to civil penalties under section 169.871 rather than criminal penalties

Expands the definition of covered vehicles to include sewage as defined in Minnesota Statutes section 115.01, subdivision 17, alongside recycling and mixed municipal solid waste
