Increases the production threshold for small brewers from 2,000 barrels to 7,500 barrels annually, reducing their license fee from $150 to $150 (no change in fee amount).

Increases the production threshold for mid-size brewers from 2,000-3,500 barrels to 7,500-15,000 barrels annually, with license fee remaining at $500.

Increases the production threshold for larger brewers from 3,500 barrels to 15,000 barrels annually, with license fee remaining at $4,000.

Adds a new "pub brewer" category for brewers holding retail on-sale licenses who manufacture fewer than 3,500 barrels annually solely for on-tap consumption or off-sale at their premises, charged at $500 annually per licensed premises.

Effective date of July 1, 2012.
