Appropriates $17,530,000 from the trunk highway fund for fiscal year 2013 for transportation capital improvements including maintenance facilities and truck stations.

Allocates $7,500,000 for design, construction, and remodeling of the Willmar district headquarters maintenance facility addition.

Allocates $5,600,000 for construction of a new truck station and bridge crew building in Plymouth, and $3,300,000 for a new truck station facility in Cambridge.

Appropriates $16,100,000 in bond proceeds for design and construction of a maintenance facility in Rochester with headquarters remodeling.

Appropriates $10,000,000 in bond proceeds for supplemental flood mitigation funding and authorizes issuance of up to $28,710,000 in trunk highway bonds with $2,610,000 allocated for bond sale expenses.
