Requires common interest community associations to make records reasonably available for examination by unit owners or their authorized agents, except for records that were the basis for closing a board meeting under section 515B.3-103, paragraph (g)

Associations must provide copies of records in paper or electronic form as requested, unless the association does not maintain records in electronic form

Associations may charge unit owners or authorized agents a fee for copies that does not exceed the actual costs of making copies, electronically transmitting them, and searching for and retrieving the requested records, including employee time

Alternatively, associations may charge a flat rate of no more than 25 cents per page for requests of 100 or fewer pages of black and white, letter or legal size paper copies instead of actual costs
