Requires translucent panels and skylights without raised curbs in agricultural building roofs to be supported with equivalent load-bearing capacity as the surrounding roof.

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326B.106 by adding subdivision 15 to establish this requirement in the State Building Code.

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326B.121, subdivision 1 to apply this skylights requirement to agricultural buildings as an exception to the general exemption of agricultural buildings from State Building Code compliance.

Takes effect the day following final enactment (signed into law May 13, 2011).
