Appropriates $225,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $225,000 in fiscal year 2013 from the lottery prize fund to the Gambling Control Board for a grant to the state affiliate recognized by the National Council on Problem Gambling

Grant funds must support public awareness of problem gambling, education and training for treatment service providers and individuals, and research related to problem gambling

Services must complement and not duplicate existing problem gambling programs administered by the commissioner of human services

$50,000 in each fiscal year is contingent on matching contributions from nonstate sources (cash or in-kind), with the commissioner of management and budget disbursing state matching funds in $25,000 increments upon receipt of equal nonstate commitments

Designates these as onetime appropriations
