Authorizes the presentation of bills to the Governor after sine die adjournment of the 87th regular legislative session for bills that passed in the last three days of the session, as permitted by the Minnesota Constitution Article IV, Section 23

Requires the Speaker of the House, Chief Clerk of the House, President of the Senate, and Secretary of the Senate to certify and sign bills using the same process as bills signed before adjournment, with these officers continuing in their roles for three days after final adjournment

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House and Secretary of the Senate to enroll and present bills to the Governor in the same manner as during the regular session, under supervision of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee and Rules and Administration Committee

Authorizes the Revisor of Statutes to continue assisting with bill enrollment for both chambers under supervision of the Chief Clerk and Secretary of the Senate using the same process as before sine die adjournment

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to deliver copies of this resolution to the Governor and Secretary of State
