Requires Class One and Class Two common rail carriers to provide counseling services to employees following train accidents involving pedestrians, motor vehicles, or other objects.

Counseling must be provided at no cost to the employee upon request by the employee or their representative.

Mandates that counseling services be delivered by an independent, third-party, accredited counseling agency.

Creates new statute Minnesota Statutes, chapter 219, section 219.635.
