Allows qualified individuals receiving a retirement annuity to serve as a coach during a sports season after retirement.

Permits teachers who have entered into an early retirement incentive agreement to be employed as coaches in addition to substitute teaching positions.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 122A.48, subdivision 3 to add coaching as a permissible employment option for retired teachers.

Effective the day following final enactment.
