Commissioner of Transportation may convey all state land rights and interests in Winona County to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, notwithstanding existing statutes governing state land disposition.

Conveyance must be approved by the Attorney General, who may correct errors in the land description to ensure accuracy.

Land transfer may only occur after completion of the Dresbach bridge project, state project number 8580-149.

Property consists of approximately 1.4 acres on Alcorn Island in Winona County, located south of Interstate Highway 90 from mile point 276.52 to the Mississippi River's main channel shoreline.
