Authorizes Independent School District No. 656 (Faribault) to levy for leasing administrative space under Minnesota Statutes section 126C.40, subdivision 1, notwithstanding existing restrictions

Requires the district to demonstrate to the Commissioner of Education that administrative space lease costs are less expensive than instructional space the district would otherwise lease

Mandates the district pass a resolution stating intent to lease instructional space if the Commissioner denies the administrative space lease authority

Limits levy authority for administrative space to not exceed the total levy authority available under Minnesota Statutes section 126C.40, subdivision 1, paragraph (e)
