Extends the deadline for eviction actions involving tenants in foreclosed properties from December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2014, with corresponding changes to related eviction provisions.

Extends applicability of eviction provisions for tenancies subject to contract for deed from December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2014.

Changes the effective date for new eviction standards from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2015.
