Amends Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 84.0874 to authorize additional disclosure of Department of Natural Resources electronic licensing data beyond law enforcement purposes

Permits disclosure of licensing data (name, addresses, and date of birth, but not driver's license number) to government entities for natural resources management purposes including recruitment, retention, and training certification and verification

Allows disclosure of licensing data in connection with civil, criminal, administrative, or arbitration proceedings in any court or agency, including service of process, investigation in anticipation of litigation, and execution or enforcement of judgments and orders, provided a copy of the court order is submitted

Maintains existing restrictions that name, addresses, driver's license number, and date of birth remain private data on individuals as defined under Minnesota data practices law
