Amends Minnesota Statutes to add all-day kindergarten revenue as a new funding category for school districts, effective for the 2012-2013 school year and later

School districts qualify for all-day kindergarten revenue by providing a free, full-day kindergarten program available to all kindergarten students at one or more school sites

All-day kindergarten revenue equals the formula allowance multiplied by 0.388 times the average daily membership of eligible kindergarten students enrolled in the program who qualify for free or reduced-price meals

Revenue generated must be reserved and used exclusively for all-day kindergarten programs

Revenue generated by students served through cooperative units shall be paid directly to the cooperative unit, not the individual district
