Expands the definition of "farm truck" to include transportation of agricultural products from place of production to another farm (first haul) and occasional transport of unprocessed farm products not produced by the truck owner from production to market.

Adds farm machinery, farm supplies, and farm property transportation to or from a farm as permitted uses for farm trucks.

Clarifies that farm truck operators can include immediate family members, employees, or persons operating under agreement with the farmer, in addition to just the owner.

Removes the requirement that farm products must be produced or finished by the truck owner, allowing transport of products from other farms under specified conditions.

Modifies driver's license requirements to allow Class D licenses to operate farm trucks under these expanded conditions, provided the vehicle is controlled by a farmer and used within 150 miles of the farm.
