Authorizes counties, cities, towns, and other public corporations to lease or convey land to congressionally chartered veterans service organizations for nominal consideration, without consideration, or for agreed-upon consideration.

Requires veterans service organizations receiving conveyed property to notify the conveying entity if the property ceases to be used for public purposes or if the organization intends to sell or convey the property.

Requires veterans service organizations to agree to return the conveyed property to the original conveying entity upon request.

Defines "congressionally chartered veterans service organization" as a veterans organization granted a charter by the United States Congress.

Conveyances must be authorized by the governing body of the county, city, town, or other public corporation.
