St. Louis County may sell the Chris Jensen Health & Rehabilitation Center and adjacent property directly to the current lessee or its assigns without competitive bidding, with consideration negotiated between the county and lessee.

The property is located in St. Louis County within the Northwest Quarter, Section 16, Township 50 North, Range 14 West, lying west of Rice Lake Road.

The county may include tangible and intangible personal property associated with the Chris Jensen Health & Rehabilitation Center as part of the negotiated sale price.

The conveyance must be executed by October 31, 2014, and must be in a form approved by the St. Louis County Attorney, who may modify the land description to implement the county's intent.

Upon conveyance, the existing lease of the real and personal property merges into the fee ownership held by the lessee or its assigns.
