Appropriates $1,688,000 from the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Luverne for surfacing improvements on marked Trunk Highway 75

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,688,000 to fund the appropriation

Bond proceeds, excluding accrued interest and premiums, must be deposited in the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account

Bond issuance governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11
