Property includes specific lots in the Townsite of Sandstone and Dennies Subdivision, located at 300 Commercial Avenue North and 500 Eisenhower Street in Sandstone.

Overrides Minnesota Statutes section 469.034, subdivision 2, paragraph (e) and other conflicting state law to permit the sale.

Becomes effective the day after the city governing body, economic development authority, and their chief clerical officers comply with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
