Appropriates $100,000,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for reconstruction of Interstate Highway 494

Funds will be used to add additional lanes to I-494 between the interchange at Trunk Highway 55 and the interchange at Interstate Highways 694 and 94

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $100,000,000 in state trunk highway bonds to fund the appropriation

Bond sale authority is governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11

Effective the day following final enactment
