Amends Minnesota Statutes section 67A.191 to regulate combination insurance policies issued by township mutual fire insurance companies in partnership with authorized property and casualty insurers.

Allows township mutual fire insurance companies to issue combination policies covering qualified and secondary property, including dwellings whether or not owner-occupied, with those portions excluded from state insurance law provisions under section 67A.25, subdivision 2.

Permits township mutual fire insurance companies to market and issue homeowner's insurance only in combination with policies from authorized property and casualty insurers, with homeowner's portions subject to chapter 65A and sections 72A.20 and 72A.201.

Takes effect the day following final enactment and does not apply to losses incurred before the effective date.
