Requires the State High School League to adopt rules defining what constitutes a "full football schedule"

Requires the league to establish a policy allowing member schools to request that the league arrange a complete football schedule consisting only of games against Minnesota schools

Permits the league to adopt rules requiring football game contracts between member schools to include a clause allowing the league to amend the contract

Takes effect the day following final enactment
