Allows Goodhue County to publicly sell tax-forfeited land that borders public water, notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1.

County must follow remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282 for the sale process.

Conveyance must be approved by the attorney general, who may correct errors in the land description.

Authorizes sale of two parcels: part of Lot 2 in Welch Township, Section 26 (parcel 46.156.0070) and Lots 4-8 in Block 6 of Emerald Valley in the city of Wannamingo (parcels 70.147.1010, 70.147.1020, 70.147.1030, 70.147.1040, and 70.147.1050).

County determined that returning these lands to private ownership best serves the county's land management interests.
