Renumbers existing exclusions from lettered format (a-f) to numbered format (1-6) without changing their substantive content.

Maintains all existing exclusions from the home solicitation sale definition, including retail establishment sales, buyer-initiated emergency purchases, maintenance/repair visits, and sales of insurance, securities, or motor vehicles.
