Allows the city of Bloomington and its port authority to extend Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-I (Bloomington Central Station property) beyond standard duration limits.

Extends the TIF district duration through December 31, 2038.

Overrides the standard provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section 469.176, and other applicable law regarding TIF district time limits.

Becomes effective upon the city of Bloomington's compliance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 469.1782, subdivision 2, and 645.021, subdivision 3.
