Authorizes school districts to levy annually for costs associated with higher employer contribution rates to teacher retirement funds

Limits each district's levy to the product of: (1) total salary of all coordinated members from the previous year multiplied by (2) the difference between the current year's contribution rate and the contribution rate as of June 30, 2011

Applies to coordinated members of teacher retirement funds

Effective for taxes payable in 2013 and later

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 126C.41, by adding a new subdivision
