Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256B.76, subdivision 4, to modify reimbursement provisions for critical access dental providers.

Removes the suspension of critical access dental payments that had been in effect from April 1, 2010, through June 30, 2010.

Allows designated critical access dental clinics to receive the enhanced reimbursement rate (30 percent above standard rates) for dental services referred to and provided off-site at private dental offices, subject to five specific requirements including clinic referral, appropriate licensing, and proper record-keeping.

Requires that off-site services be submitted for payment and records be maintained by the critical access dental clinic, including dentist name, location, and license number.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
