Authorizes St. Louis County to sell 16 parcels of tax-forfeited land bordering public water through public sale, notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1.

Requires the commissioner of revenue to grant a 150-foot-wide riparian protection and angler access easement (75 feet on each side of the river centerline) prior to sale of parcel 315-0020-04395.

Authorizes St. Louis County to sell 2 parcels of tax-forfeited land by private sale, notwithstanding public sale provisions in Minnesota Statutes chapter 282.

Requires all land conveyances to be in a form approved by the attorney general, which may make changes to land descriptions to correct errors and ensure accuracy.

County has determined that returning these lands to private ownership best serves the county's land management interests.
