Amends Minnesota Statutes section 309.556 to require charitable organizations to disclose that a list of the five highest paid directors, officers, and employees is available upon request during solicitations.

Mandates inclusion of a toll-free telephone number, email address, or website URL where donors can obtain information about the organization's highest paid personnel.

Requires disclosure of this salary information availability prior to oral solicitation requests or contemporaneously with written contribution requests.

Applies disclosure requirements to charitable organizations exempt from standard registration and reporting requirements under section 309.515.
