Covers house calls and extended care facility visits for on-site delivery of dental services to disabled adults

Authorizes oral or IV conscious sedation when necessary for covered dental services or as an alternative to general anesthesia in hospital or surgical center settings

Covers behavioral management services when additional staff time is required to address behavioral challenges without sedation

Allows prophylaxis (cleaning) up to four times per year for disabled adults with an individualized treatment plan developed by a licensed dentist
