Appropriates $9,175,000 from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for flood hazard mitigation grants for publicly owned capital improvements

Allocates $7,000,000 to the Redpath project and $2,175,000 to the North Ottawa project, both under the Bois de Sioux Watershed District

Covers local project costs exceeding two percent of median household income multiplied by the number of households in the municipality

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $9,175,000 in state bonds pursuant to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution
