Appropriates $800,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Isle for demolition and construction of the Malone Island Bridge replacement.

Includes funding for replacement of water and sewer lines accompanying the bridge.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $800,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Bond sale and issuance governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
