Reduces allocation to natural resources fund for state parks and trails from 22.5 percent to 16 percent

Reduces allocation to natural resources fund for metropolitan park and trail grants from 22.5 percent to 16 percent

Increases allocation to natural resources fund for local park and trail grants outside the metropolitan area from 3 percent to 16 percent, with grants defined under section 473.121, subdivision 2

Maintains existing allocations for heritage enhancement account (50 percent), zoological gardens (2 percent), and other provisions
