Appropriates $26,565,000 from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for acquiring land and constructing state trails under Minnesota Statutes section 85.015

Allocates funding to 17 specific state trail projects, including $2,500,000 for Luce Line Trail, $2,326,000 for Shooting Star Trail, $2,000,000 each for Camp Ripley/Veterans Trail, Casey Jones Trail, Cuyuna Lakes Trail, Gateway Trail, Glacial Lakes Trail, Heartland Trail, and Mill Towns Trail, among others

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $26,565,000 according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7

Takes effect the day following final enactment
