Network must ensure persons with disabilities are informed, educated, and trained about their legal rights in education, employment, housing, transportation, and voting

Network activities include education and training on preemployment and workplace skills, establishment of communication and information exchange systems for self-advocacy groups, and provision of financial and technical assistance to self-advocacy groups
