Creates a pilot program in Olmsted County to provide employment support services and independent living services for individuals with high-functioning autism, Asperger syndrome, nonverbal learning disorders, and pervasive development disorder.

Olmsted County Social Services must develop individualized employment support plans including employment goals, ongoing support services, competitive employment outcomes, and independent living services for each participant.

Defines "ongoing employment support services" to include natural supports facilitation, disability awareness training, job skills training, job placement, independent living skills training, and follow-up support to maintain employment.

Appropriates $60,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2013 to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to Olmsted County for program services and employer education and outreach.

Funding is a one-time appropriation available until expended.
