Allow exclusive liquor stores (off-sale licensees) to conduct wine, malt liquor, or spirits tastings on premises of on-sale liquor license holders or wine license holders.

Prohibit sale of tasted products for off-premises consumption; participants may complete preference forms to assist with future off-sale purchases.

Permit exclusive liquor stores to purchase wine or spirits from licensed wholesalers for tastings, and allow wholesalers to provide personnel to assist.

Require tasting fees collected by exclusive liquor stores be used only to defray the cost of conducting the tasting.

Allow exclusive liquor stores to conduct educational classes for a fee with tastings limited to amounts authorized under section 340A.4041.
