Divides Senate District 39 into House Districts 39A and 39B, with boundaries defined in files L39A-1 and L39B-1 published March 9, 2012 by the Legislative Coordinating Commission

Divides Senate District 49 into House Districts 49A and 49B, with boundaries defined in files L49A-2 and L49B-2 published March 28, 2012 by the Legislative Coordinating Commission

Repeals obsolete statutes in Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 2.444 and 2.484

Takes effect for the 2012 state primary and general elections for terms of office beginning January 2013 and all subsequent elections
