Appropriates $3,301,000 from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Public Safety for a grant to the City of Princeton to acquire land, design, and construct a public safety building.

Public safety building in Princeton will serve as headquarters for police, fire, and emergency operations, and as a relocation and decontamination site for nuclear accidents at the Monticello Nuclear Power Plant.

Funds are contingent on the city committing at least an equal amount ($3,301,000) from nonstate sources to the project.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,301,000 to finance the appropriation according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective the day following final enactment.
