Changes Board on Judicial Standards review of district judge compliance with 90-day disposition requirements from annual to monthly reviews.

Requires state judicial information system director to notify the Board on Judicial Standards when a case exceeds 90 days without disposition.

Upon first 90-day infraction, the director notifies the board and refers the matter to the chief judge of the judicial district.

Upon second 90-day infraction within five years of the first, the chief judge must develop a written remedial plan within 45 days including measures for timely decisions, compliance timelines, and audit procedures.

Upon third 90-day infraction within five years of the first infraction, the Board on Judicial Standards takes immediate action without referral to the chief judge.
