Authorizes Itasca County to issue general obligation bonds under Minnesota Statutes sections 376.55 and 376.56 to finance construction of a 35-bed nursing home facility to replace an existing private facility in the county

Changes bond payment structure from "must be payable solely from revenues and may not be general obligations" to "may be payable solely from revenues or may be general obligations," allowing the county flexibility in how bonds are financed

Effective upon compliance by Itasca County's governing body and chief clerical officer with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3
